Hello everyone! Peace be with you! Today I COOKED my first meal in Costa Rica! I prepared spaghetti with a bolognese sauce and spinach on the side. I also prepared a salad of cucumbers, tomato, and fresh mozzarella. There was bread too. For dessert was a chocolate bunt cake with chocolate frosting and multi-colored sprinkles. Thankfully it was a hit with the friars, as one of the friars said "You are hired!"
Tomorrow begins my first day of teaching! I meet with the director of the primary school tomorrow to find out what I will be doing! Wish me luck!
