8 Aspirants visit on Sunday 8/29

On Sunday, August 29 we welcomed 8 aspirants to the friary.  They had spent that weekend visiting the House of Formation in Alajuela and visited our friary with Fernando and Marco.  Here are two pictures from that day.  One is of the aspirants listening to a talk on Religious Life given by  Fernando.  And the other is of us eating lunch including: the friars of Moravia, the Aspirants, Fernando, Phil Ley (who I lived with for 3 years and is living in Belen), and Javier Fontana (who is visiting from the Province Rioplatense, Argentina/Uruguay). Please keep these young men in your prayers as they continue to discern our way of life.

Here is the dessert that made for that date, Dirt Pudding aka Puden de Tierra, simple yet a goodie!

The friars liked it a lot, so much so that this past week I helped Fray Walter make it for the teacher in the Colegio.
